LCR 44-2. DESIGNATION OF RETAINED COUNSEL
(a) A defendant who retains counsel must promptly file a notice of appearance and a designation of retained counsel.
(b) The designation must be signed by both the defendant and the retained counsel and must include: (1) the attorney's name, address, telephone number, and bar number; and (2) a statement that the attorney has been retained to represent the defendant.
(c) In cases where retained counsel is appearing pro hac vice, the retained counsel must comply with LR IA 11-2.
