LCR 46.5. PERSONS NOT TO ACT AS SURETIES The following persons may not act as sureties on an appearance bond in a criminal case: (a) members of the bar of this court; (b) officers or employees of this court; and (c) any person or entity that has previously defaulted on a bond in this court.
