LCR 46-6. JUDGMENT AGAINST SURETIES When the court renders judgment against a surety on an appearance bond in a criminal case, the judgment must be entered against the surety by name and must specify the amount of the judgment. Judgment on a bond may be entered without further notice to or hearing of the surety if the surety was given notice of the original proceeding.
