LCR 46-7. FURTHER SECURITY OR JUSTIFICATION OF PERSONAL SURETIES The court may, at any time, order a party to provide additional security or to provide justification of a personal surety on an appearance bond. If additional security is required and not provided within the time set by the court, the court may hold the defaulting party or surety in contempt or take such other action as is appropriate.
