LCR 46-8. DEPOSIT AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS IN THE REGISTRY ACCOUNT; CERTIFICATE OF CASH DEPOSIT
(a) When a defendant deposits cash in lieu of a surety bond, the cash must be deposited with the clerk.
(b) The clerk will issue a receipt for the deposit of cash and will maintain the cash in the court's registry account.
(c) A certificate of cash deposit will be issued by the clerk upon receipt of the cash.
