LCR 46-9. INVESTMENT OF FUNDS ON DEPOSIT
(a) Funds deposited in the court's registry in lieu of a surety bond in a criminal case may be invested upon order of the court.
(b) A party seeking investment of deposited funds must file a motion requesting that the court direct the investment.
(c) The Clerk of Court will administer all funds deposited in the registry in compliance with applicable law.
