LCR 47-1. MOTIONS

(a) In criminal cases, when a motion is filed, the moving party must simultaneously file a memorandum of points and authorities in support of the motion.

(b) The opposing party must file its opposition, if any, within 14 days after the motion was filed. Failure to file points and authorities in opposition to a motion may constitute a consent to the granting of the motion.

(c) The moving party may file a reply within 7 days after the opposition was filed.

(d) Unless otherwise ordered by the court, all motions are submitted for decision without oral argument.
