LCR 49-1. SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
(a) Service of documents in criminal cases by electronic means is governed by LR IC 4-1 and the applicable Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
(b) Attorneys appearing in criminal cases who are registered filers in the court's electronic filing system must file and serve documents electronically, unless the documents are exempt from electronic filing under LR IC 1-1(c).
(c) Electronic transmission of the Notice of Electronic Filing constitutes service of a document on registered filers in criminal cases.
