LPR 1-11. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT IN PATENT CASES FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT OF INVALIDITY In any action in which a party files a claim for declaratory judgment of invalidity, the party making such a claim must, within 14 days after the claim is filed, serve a disclosure in accordance with LPR 1-8 and produce documents in accordance with LPR 1-9.
