LPR 1-17. CLAIM CONSTRUCTION HEARING AND ORDER
(a) The court will schedule a claim construction hearing following the completion of claim construction briefing under LPR 1-16.
(b) At the claim construction hearing, the parties may present argument and, if the court permits, evidence in support of their proposed constructions.
(c) Following the hearing, the court will issue a claim construction order construing the disputed terms, phrases, and clauses.
