LPR 1-18a. POST-CLAIM CONSTRUCTION AMENDMENT OF CONTENTIONS Not later than 30 days after service of the court's claim construction ruling, each party may serve amended contentions without leave of court to the extent that any amendment is necessitated by the court's claim construction ruling. Any amendments must be limited to the changes required by the court's construction of the disputed terms.
