LPR 1-19. MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES FOR PATENT CASES
(a) In all patent cases, the court will schedule a mandatory settlement conference after the court has issued its claim construction order.
(b) The settlement conference will be conducted pursuant to LR 16-5.
(c) Unless the court orders otherwise, all named parties and their lead trial counsel must attend the settlement conference in person. Attendance may be excused only by prior court order and for good cause shown.
