LPR 1-21. GOOD FAITH PARTICIPATION All parties must make complete, good-faith disclosures and participate in the claim construction process and other proceedings required by these rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the imposition of sanctions, including the striking of pleadings, dismissal of claims or defenses, or monetary sanctions.
