LPR 1-22. FORM OF DISCOVERY PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER In patent cases governed by these rules, the parties must submit a proposed discovery plan and scheduling order consistent with these rules. The discovery plan must include proposed dates for all events required by LPR 1-6 through LPR 1-19. The proposed scheduling order must be filed not later than 30 days after all defendants have appeared or been served.
