LPR 1-4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) These rules govern actions for patent infringement filed in or transferred to this court.
(b) All disclosures required by these rules must be made in writing and served on all parties in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
(c) Unless otherwise stated, all references in these rules to "the court" include magistrate judges.
(d) Documents submitted under these rules must comply with LR IA 10-1 and LR IA 10-3.
