LPR 1-5. CERTIFICATION OF DISCLOSURES All disclosures required under these rules must be signed by the attorney of record or, if the party is unrepresented, by the party. By signing, the attorney or party certifies that to the best of his or her knowledge, information, and belief, formed after a reasonable inquiry, the information contained in the disclosure is complete and correct at the time it is made.
