Local Rule LR 15-1: AMENDED PLEADINGS

LR 15-1. AMENDED PLEADINGS Unless the court orders otherwise, a party who moves to amend a pleading must attach the proposed amended pleading to the motion. If the court grants the motion to amend, the party whose pleading was amended must file and serve the amended pleading within 14 days or such other time as the court may specify, unless the court orders the proposed amended pleading be deemed filed on the date the court granted the motion.
