LR 16-1. SCHEDULING AND CASE MANAGEMENT; TIME AND ISSUANCE OF SCHEDULING ORDER
(a) Unless the court orders otherwise, within 30 days after all defendants have appeared or been served, the parties must submit a proposed discovery plan and scheduling order. The court will enter a scheduling order thereafter.
(b) The court may hold a scheduling conference to develop a case management plan.
(c) The scheduling order will establish deadlines that govern the case unless the court orders otherwise.
(d) A party who seeks to modify a scheduling order must satisfy the good cause requirement of Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4) and must comply with LR IA 6-1.
