LR 16-2. PRETRIAL CONFERENCES
(a) Unless the court orders otherwise, a pretrial conference will not be held in a case that is dismissed, settled, or otherwise resolved before trial.
(b) Unless the court orders otherwise, in jury trials, the pretrial conference will be held no earlier than 7 days before trial. In non-jury trials, the pretrial conference will be held no earlier than 7 days before trial.
(c) Unless the court orders otherwise, the attorney who will conduct the trial must attend the pretrial conference.
(d) Unless the court orders otherwise, the attorney who attends the pretrial conference must have full authority to enter into stipulations or make admissions relating to the case, including authority to settle.
