LR 16-3. MOTIONS IN LIMINE, PRETRIAL ORDER, AND TRIAL SETTING

(a) Motions in Limine. Unless otherwise ordered by the court:

(1) Any party may file a motion in limine no later than 30 days before the start of trial.

(2) Oppositions to motions in limine must be filed no later than 14 days after the motion is filed.

(3) Replies to motions in limine are not permitted without leave of court.

(4) Motions in limine and oppositions must not exceed 10 pages.

(5) Motions in limine and oppositions must not seek to incorporate by reference or attach points and authorities from other briefs or motions.

(b) Pretrial Order. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the parties must file a joint pretrial order no later than 30 days before the start of trial. The pretrial order must comply with LR 16-4.

(c) Trial Setting. The court will set all cases for trial. Parties are responsible for notifying the court of case-related matters that affect the trial setting.
