LR 22-1. INTERPLEADER ACTIONS In any interpleader action, the party bringing the action must comply with the applicable Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governing interpleader actions. The party bringing the action must deposit the disputed funds or property into the registry of the court unless otherwise ordered by the court.
