LR 26-4. RESPONSES TO WRITTEN DISCOVERY A party must respond or object to written discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admission, within 30 days of service unless the court orders otherwise, the parties agree otherwise, or the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require otherwise.
