LR 26-5. DEMAND FOR PRIOR DISCOVERY When a case is remanded from appellate proceedings or reopened for further proceedings, any party may demand discovery taken in connection with the original case by serving on all other parties a notice stating the demand. Unless the court orders otherwise, any such discovery must be produced within 30 days of service of the demand.
