LR 26-7. DISCOVERY PAPERS
(a) Discovery requests and responses, including disclosures, depositions, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, answers and objections thereto, and requests for admissions and answers and objections thereto, must not be filed with the court unless they are used in the proceeding or the court orders otherwise.
(b) If discovery papers are filed in connection with a discovery motion or are otherwise required to be filed, they must be filed as exhibits to the motion in compliance with LR IA 10-3.
