LR 48-1. CONTACT WITH JURORS PROHIBITED No party, attorney, or representative of a party or attorney may contact a juror or alternate juror who has served in a case after the jury is discharged, except as permitted by court order. A party or attorney who wishes to contact a juror after the jury is discharged must obtain leave of court. The motion for leave must be filed and served within 14 days of the jury's discharge.
