LR 54-1. COSTS OTHER THAN ATTORNEY'S FEES
(a) A party claiming costs other than attorney's fees must file a bill of costs, on the form provided by the clerk, within 14 days after entry of judgment, or such other time as the court may allow.
(b) Within 14 days after service of the bill of costs, the opposing party may file objections and a supporting memorandum. The court may award costs in the amount claimed by the prevailing party or in a lesser amount, deny the bill of costs, or impose costs on any party.
(c) Allowable costs include those enumerated in LR 54-2 through LR 54-11. Costs not enumerated may be allowed or disallowed within the court's discretion.
