LR 54-14. MOTIONS FOR ATTORNEY'S FEES
(a) A motion for attorney's fees must be filed no later than 14 days after entry of judgment, unless the court orders otherwise.
(b) The motion must: (1) identify the applicable statute, rule, or other grounds entitling the movant to an award; (2) state the amount sought; (3) provide an itemized statement of the services rendered and the time expended in rendering each service; (4) state the customary billing rate of each timekeeper; and (5) provide such other supporting documentation as the court may require.
(c) An opposition must be filed within 14 days of service of the motion. A reply may be filed within 7 days of service of the opposition.
