LR 54-5. WITNESS FEES, MILEAGE, AND SUBSISTENCE Fees for witnesses must be taxed at the rates established by 28 U.S.C. § 1821. Fees for expert witnesses who are actually called to testify at trial may be taxed in the amount allowed by applicable law.
