LR 54-6. EXEMPLIFICATION, COPIES OF PAPERS, AND DISBURSEMENTS FOR PRINTING
(a) Fees for exemplification and copies of papers are taxable when: (1) the papers were necessarily obtained for use in the case; and (2) the actual cost of such copies does not exceed the actual cost charged by the most available copying service.
(b) Fees for disbursements for printing are taxable when such printing was necessarily required for the presentation of the case.
