LR 66-3. REVIEW OF APPOINTMENT OF TEMPORARY RECEIVER A party against whom a temporary receiver has been appointed may move the court for review of the appointment. The motion must be filed within 14 days of the appointment of the temporary receiver. The court will hold a hearing on the motion within 14 days of its filing.
