LR 66-6. EMPLOYMENT OF ATTORNEYS, ACCOUNTANTS, AND INVESTIGATORS A receiver may employ attorneys, accountants, and investigators only with the prior approval of the court. Applications for approval of such employment must state: (a) the identity and qualifications of the person to be employed; (b) the nature of the services to be rendered; (c) the proposed compensation; and (d) whether there are any connections between the proposed employee and any party.
