LR 66-7. PERSONS PROHIBITED FROM ACTING AS RECEIVERS The following persons may not act as receivers: (a) an attorney for a party in the action; (b) a person who is related by blood or marriage to a party or to a party's attorney; and (c) a person who has a financial interest in any party to the action.
