LR 66-8. DEPOSIT OF FUNDS All funds received by a receiver must be deposited in a bank account approved by the court. The receiver must maintain accurate records of all deposits and withdrawals. No funds may be disbursed without court approval except for routine operating expenses within a budget approved by the court.
