LR 67-1. DEPOSIT AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS IN THE REGISTRY ACCOUNT; CERTIFICATE OF CASH DEPOSIT
(a) Whenever a party seeks to deposit funds into the court's registry, the party must file a motion requesting leave to deposit funds. The motion must set forth the basis for the deposit and the amount to be deposited.
(b) Upon the court's entry of an order for the deposit of funds in the court's registry, the party must deposit the funds with the clerk's office. The clerk will issue a receipt for the deposit.
(c) A certificate of cash deposit will be issued by the clerk upon receipt of the funds.
