LR 67-2. INVESTMENT OF FUNDS ON DEPOSIT
(a) Funds deposited in the court's registry may be invested upon order of the court. A party seeking investment of deposited funds must file a motion requesting that the court direct the investment of the funds.
(b) The motion must specify the type of investment requested and must state whether all parties consent to the investment.
(c) Absent agreement by all parties and approval by the court, registry funds will be maintained in a non-interest-bearing account.
(d) The Clerk of Court will administer all funds deposited in the registry in compliance with applicable law.
