LR 7-1. STIPULATIONS
(a) A stipulation that affects the court's trial schedule, changes a deadline in a scheduling order, or changes a deadline in a discovery plan must be approved by the court to be effective.
(b) Stipulations between the parties, including stipulations extending time under Fed. R. Civ. P. 29, that do not affect the court's schedule must be approved by the court to be effective only if the rules require court approval.
(c) Stipulations and proposed orders thereon must be submitted in the form required by LR IA 6-2.
