LR 7.1-1. CERTIFICATE OF INTERESTED PARTIES

(a) In civil cases other than habeas corpus petitions and actions by pro se prisoners, the parties must file a certificate identifying any known interested party other than the named parties to the action (e.g., subsidiaries, conglomerates, affiliates, parent corporations, other entities related to a party, any real party in interest, insurer, etc.) using the form provided by the clerk. If there are no known interested parties other than the named parties, the certificate must so state.

(b) The plaintiffs must file the certificate with the complaint and the defendants must file the certificate with the first document they file in the action.

(c) The certificate must be timely amended to identify any subsequently known interested parties.

(d) This rule applies to governmental entities.
