LR 7-3. PAGE LIMITS

(a) Unless the court orders otherwise, opening and answering briefs, memoranda, and points and authorities are limited to 30 pages and reply briefs are limited to 20 pages. Exhibits, declarations, and proposed orders do not count toward the page limit.

(b) Unless the court orders otherwise, a motion for summary judgment may not exceed 30 pages and a response and reply are limited in the same way as other motions under subsection (a).

(c) A party needing to exceed the page limitations stated in this rule must file a motion to exceed page limits no later than 21 days before the filing deadline and must state the specific reasons why additional pages are necessary.
