LR 77-1. JUDGMENTS AND ORDERS GRANTABLE BY THE CLERK The clerk is authorized to sign and enter the following judgments and orders:
(a) Default judgments against a defendant who has been served with the summons and complaint but has not appeared as required, when the claim is for a sum certain or a sum that can be made certain by computation;
(b) Orders approving stipulations and proposed orders that are not opposed and that do not require judicial determination;
(c) Orders to continue or extend deadlines on stipulations that comply with LR IA 6-1 and LR IA 6-2;
(d) Orders approving substitutions of counsel that comply with LR IA 11-6;
(e) Orders granting pro hac vice petitions that comply with LR IA 11-2;
(f) Orders taxing costs pursuant to a bill of costs; and
(g) Any other judgment or order that does not require a judicial determination, as permitted by the Federal Rules and applicable statutes.
