LR 8-1. PLEADING JURISDICTION In any civil action filed in or removed to this court, the complaint, or in the case of removal the notice of removal, must contain: (a) the statutory or other basis for federal subject matter jurisdiction; and (b) a brief statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief.
