LSR 1-3. GRANT OR DENIAL OF APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS
(a) If the application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted, the court will authorize the commencement of the action without prepayment of fees.
(b) If the application is denied, the applicant must pay the applicable filing fee within 30 days or the case may be dismissed.
