LSR 1-5. REVOCATION OF LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS The court may revoke leave to proceed in forma pauperis if it appears that the applicant has sufficient assets to pay the fees or costs of the proceeding. Before revoking such leave, the court will give the applicant an opportunity to show cause why the leave should not be revoked.
