LSR 1-6. EXPENSES OF LITIGATION A party proceeding in forma pauperis may apply to the court for authorization to incur specific expenses in the litigation, including service of process fees and witness fees. The court may authorize payment of such expenses from available funds if the court finds that the expenses are necessary and reasonable.
