LSR 2-1. PRO SE CIVIL-RIGHTS COMPLAINTS; FORM OF COMPLAINT Pro se litigants filing civil-rights complaints under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 or Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents must use the form provided by the clerk. The complaint form must be completed in its entirety. The court will screen pro se civil-rights complaints before ordering service on any defendant.
