LSR 3-1. PETITIONS FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS; FORM OF PETITION Pro se petitioners filing petitions for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2241, 2254, or 2255 must use the form provided by the clerk. The petition form must be completed in its entirety.
