LSR 3-3. PETITIONS FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS; EXHIBITS Exhibits to a petition for writ of habeas corpus must comply with LR IA 10-3. Exhibits must be submitted as a separately bound appendix indexed by letter or number.
