LSR 4-2. SERVICE BY PRO SE MOVANT IN PROCEEDINGS REGARDING MOTIONS UNDER 28 U.S.C. § 2255 A pro se movant in a proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 must serve all documents filed with the court on the government's attorney. Service may be made by delivering a copy of the document by first-class mail. Each document filed by a pro se movant must include a certificate of service.
