LSR 5-3. DEATH PENALTY CASES; TRANSCRIPT OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING In death penalty cases, transcripts of evidentiary hearings must be prepared and filed with the court within 30 days of the conclusion of the hearing unless the court orders otherwise.
