LSR 6-1. APPEALS; APPEAL BOND An appeal bond in a civil case must be filed with the clerk within 14 days after the notice of appeal is filed, unless the court orders otherwise. The appeal bond must comply with the applicable Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
