LSR 6-2. APPEALS; DESIGNATION AND PREPARATION OF REPORTER AND RECORDER'S TRANSCRIPTS The designation and preparation of transcripts for appeal must comply with the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and the rules of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The appellant must file and serve the transcript designation form within the time required by the applicable rules.
